I’m Emily Kitchen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I’ve owned my private practice for over four years. I’ve been a social worker in different capacities for almost ten years. I specialize in working with adult individuals with perinatal/ postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD; fertility and pregnancy challenges; parenting loss (miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss); adjustment to overall parenthood; and transitioning to co-parenting.
I love working with parents and helping you feel like a more confident and present parent, partner and friend. I am a Postpartum Support International (PSI) member and certified with their Maternal Mental Health Certificate (PMH-C). I’m a survivor of postpartum mood & anxiety disorder (PMAD).
