I am a licensed health psychologist working in central Indiana. I received my PhD in counseling psychology from West Virginia University and completed my pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the Family Medicine Residency Center in Muncie, IN. I have a pediatric, pain, bariatric, and health psychology background.
While working in family medicine, I became specialized in maternal mental health. I worked with women throughout the pre-, peri, and post-natal period and beyond, providing support during all stages of motherhood. I developed a passion for supporting and advocating for the women I worked with and have continued that in my private practice.
I find joy in helping my clients discover what motivates them to move forward while also holding space to process through difficult times. I strive to help others process and carry all life’s experiences with them while progressing in a valued life direction.
With this aim, I view my clients through a holistic lens and support them in making progress in their mental and physical health. My supportive and direct style creates a comfortable space for meaningful growth.
