I work with adults to support them in effectively managing and addressing stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, perinatal mental health, and other mental health concerns. I endeavor to build trusting therapeutic relationships with my clients to facilitate direct and honest communication. I believe that therapy can be beneficial to anyone!
I am trained in Family Centered Treatment, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I utilize a strength-based and trauma-informed approach when working with all of my clients. I specialize in working with complex trauma and grief.
I work to meet my clients needs by meeting them where they are at in the change process. I will support clients in identifying their personal goals and creating a plan to achieve those goals in an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment that promotes healing.
