Kersten is passionate about hearing the needs of vulnerable populations, developing individualized plans and coordinating care for quality authentic wellness. She has spent her career providing a voice and seeing both children and women as they are without expectation or judgment.
She specializes in anxiety, OCD, trauma (with a special interest in birth trauma), perinatal and reproductive needs, infant mental health, play techniques, adjustment to chronic and acute medical diagnoses as well as grief and loss support.

She particularly enjoys the intersection of yoga breath and movement with mental health and physical wellness.
