I am a mental health counselor with a professional license. I have been in practice for 11 years and started my career in Knoxville, Tennessee. My current license is in the state of Delaware. My family and I moved to Delaware to raise our kids close to the ocean.

I love what I do. I recently opened up my own practice with teletherapy services, which allows me to help and reach those who can’t make an in-person appointment. Teletherapy allows you to meet in the comfort of your own home, limit needing child care, and limit time out of work.
