I know that a person’s wellbeing and growth is influenced by their family systems and closest relationships. Attachment Based therapy serves as a scientific and theoretical foundation from which I am grounded.

I use a variety of experiential approaches because I believe that change begins to take place in-session. I use Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and virtual reality to facilitate present-moment awareness and change. I am also a certified K-8 teacher who has a passion for working with youth.

I prioritize creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgemental environment where you will feel supported and understood. People learn best in a deeply collaborative context; relationships serve as the foundation of the growth and change that will take place.
